The Autumn edition of the Sussex & Kent ME/CFS Society’s 20 page newsletter includes local and national ME/CFS related news and an article by the clinician at the Sussex NHS specialist CFS/ME Services along with pieces on the Association for Young people with ME (AYME), local Yoga classes and pregnancy with CFS/ME.
