Simon Kirby, Conservative MP for Brighton Kemptown, has been named Parliamentary Secretary to Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt in the Cabinet reshuffle. Mr Kirby is vice chair of the APPG on HIV/Aids and patron of the Sussex & Kent ME/CFS Society.
